Physical Therapy Solutions is a state of the art outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Tonganoxie, KS.  Established in 2012, we take great pride in delivering current, quality not quantity driven treatments.  Our well-equipped clinic also has the advantage of having access to fitness areas to complement our treatment sessions and help our patients return to work and their highest functional level possible. We are excited to announce that we now offer mobile outpatient occupational therapy services as well. We can provide transition programs for those who wish to begin a fitness program and don’t know how or where to start. We have great relationships with numerous Orthopedic, Family and Specialty doctors to provide a seamless, affordable and efficient recovery.  We have the advantage of being independent of large hospitals which have can be cumbersome, inconvenient and less affordable for most patients.

Physical Therapists

Marty Brown, DPT

Marty graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2007. Since that time, she has been practicing outpatient physical therapy in the Kansas City, Lawrence, and Tonganoxie. She is a lifetime resident of the Kansas City area, growing up in Prairie Village, Kansas. She attended Pittsburg State University and was a part of the Cross Country and Track teams. After graduating in 2004, she pursued her graduate education at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is married to Gates Brown; they have two children and live in Lansing, Kansas.

Michelle Walker, DPT

Michelle Walker is a physical therapist at Physical Therapy Solutions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Psychology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both of which are from the University of Saint Mary. Michelle’s primary focus has been with outpatient physical therapy services. In Michelle’s spare time, she enjoys exercise and outdoor activities. She and her family reside in rural Tonganoxie.

Lisa Foltz, PTA

Lisa graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Washburn University in 1998.  She practiced out-patient orthopedics in the Kansas City area for over 12 years.  In 2010, she started working in LTC and Skilled Therapy Rehab Centers and eventually became the Director of a Rehabilitation team.  She found her way back into out-patient therapy recently and has been with Physical Therapy Solutions since January 2022. Lisa and her husband Justin of 22 years have 3 children, Riley, Tyler and Rayah and they live in Eudora, Kansas.

Occupational Therapist

Lisa Wainscott, MOTR/L

Lisa graduated from Belmont University located in Nashville, TN from the Masters of Occupational Therapy program in 2012. Prior to receiving her MOTR, she graduated from Sanford-Brown College OTA program in 1998. Throughout her career, she has developed skills in variety of settings; home health, sub acute care, mental health, course instructor for OT program, dementia training, and LTC/SNF setting. She received her Certification in Lymphedema in 2017.
She has lived in Tonganoxie for 28 years, raising her two sons. She was born in KC,KS. growing up on LaCygne, KS.
She enjoys spending time with her children, family, and spare time playing and traveling for slow pitch softball.
